Marcellus Soccer

We are happy to report that Jay and Meg have just successfully completed this session of soccer-both teams finishing in a strong first place. Jay received a very nice medal for his "non-competitive" league. Although official scores were not kept they only had 1 loss all season.

Meg's team all were awarded trophies at today's tournament for finishing first place with 10 wins 0 losses in the U14 division. YEAH!!!! She was excited to learn that a plaque would be displayed in the trophy case at the Waterloo Rec Center with the team picture on it.

We are very proud of both teams! They have worked so hard- (and we are extremly lucky to have such great coaches!!) The kids are very happy that next session starts next week...and in truth Ben and I will be excited in April when we no longer are driving to Marcellus every Friday and Saturday night! Oh well, that will happen soon enough...just in time for Lacrosse to start!
